📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain and update financial records and reports,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Assist in managing the clinic's cash flow and inventory,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Process insurance claims and handle patient payments,Assist in training new staff on cash handling procedures,Collaborate with the clinic management team to improve operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service roles,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and financial systems,Basic understanding of insurance claims processing,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
