In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the telesales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing support and guidance.,Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote and sell bakery products.,Provide accurate and detailed information about our products to customers.,Assist in maintaining and updating the sales database and customer records.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the telesales manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
