📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Handle cash and coins accurately and securely.,Provide information and advice on banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all bank policies and procedures.,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Assist in opening and closing the bank vault.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking is preferred.,Familiarity with basic banking transactions and processes.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
