📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee drinks using high-quality coffee beans and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Master the art of espresso, latte art, and other specialty coffee drinks.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café, including maintaining coffee equipment and supplies.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the coffee industry.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to create unique coffee and pastry pairings.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of Kanary Bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the café industry.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality coffee drinks.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using La Marzocco espresso machines and Mahlkönig grinders is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
