📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of ICT initiatives to support the academic and administrative needs of PSB Academy.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the ICT team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technology services.
• Ensure the seamless integration of technology across the curriculum, enhancing the learning experience for students.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our digital infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in our ICT operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align ICT strategies with the overall goals of the institution.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance our digital capabilities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to ICT team members, fostering professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the ICT industry, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading ICT teams.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and its role in enhancing the learning experience.
• Proficiency in using enterprise-level software and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking solutions, and educational platforms like Moodle or Blackboard.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.
