📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for rural transformation, focusing on poverty alleviation, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
• Lead and manage a team of experts to execute projects using tools such as GIS, ArcGIS, and QGIS for spatial analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the authority at national and international forums to advocate for rural development policies and best practices.
• Foster community engagement and participation in development projects to ensure inclusivity and sustainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in rural development through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rural development, with a proven track record in strategic planning and project management.
• Certifications in GIS, ArcGIS, or QGIS are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
