As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all necessary documentation, ensuring that our operations adhere to local and national regulations. You will work closely with our legal team to identify and mitigate any potential risks, and ensure that all our processes are in line with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain all legal and operational documentation for the plantation operation.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including environmental and labor laws.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of licensing applications and permits.
• Monitor and update licensing requirements, and ensure timely renewal of licenses.
• Provide support to the legal team in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with legal software and databases, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory framework.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
