📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor to source, attract, and hire top talent.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, using platforms like TalentLMS and Moodle.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and design effective training programs.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee development and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment and training initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Experience with training platforms such as TalentLMS and Moodle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employees.
• Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment and training initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
