PT Cipta Logistik is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its proper functioning.,Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
