📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Monitor and optimize sales performance to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, NCR, or similar
- Familiarity with hospitality software like Opera, Sojern, or similar
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
