📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
