📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales and brand awareness.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Understanding of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
