Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the offshore and marine sector.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we are finding the best candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and labor market conditions to inform our recruitment strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, headhunters, and other industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role in the offshore and marine industry.,Strong understanding of the offshore and marine sector, including relevant regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.,Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
