📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Manage the laundry process from start to finish, including receiving, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering laundry.,Ensure that laundry is cleaned and processed according to industry standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including laundry equipment and supplies.,Manage inventory and ensure that supplies are restocked as needed.,Assist in training and supervising new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Physical ability to lift and move laundry.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
