The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor vehicle performance and usage, providing regular reports to management.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
