📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the spare parts industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and sales management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
