Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise.Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently.Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to keep the department competitive.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
