Smart Urban Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
