📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
