📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management team.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
  • Providing guidance and support to other departments on financial and operational matters.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions taken.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
