📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, safety, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement training programs for the crew to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.,Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise, ensuring the safety of all personnel.,Represent the company at maritime events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
