📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars.,Assess training needs and design programs that align with business objectives.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and HR to integrate training into the overall employee development strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
