📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service or related field.,Proven experience in managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
