📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' mental health conditions,Administer medications as prescribed by doctors,Provide emotional support and counseling to patients,Develop and implement individual care plans for patients,Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field,Licensed Psychiatric Nurse with valid certification,Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing,Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
