📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and team morale.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
