📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor and improve sales and profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
