📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and offer.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current employees.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.
