Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with Lotus's brand values and business objectives.,Lead and manage a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Shape the brand narrative through compelling storytelling, both internally and externally, to engage stakeholders and drive brand awareness.,Drive ESG initiatives, including sustainability programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, and ethical business practices.,Oversee media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement to maintain a positive brand image.,Monitor and analyze communications performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve our communications strategy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels and touchpoints.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and ESG, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record in developing and implementing communications strategies.,Strong understanding of ESG principles and experience in driving sustainability initiatives.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop communications professionals.,Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and stories that resonate with diverse audiences.,Strong media relations and crisis communications experience.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
