📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key distribution.,Maintain a clean and well-presented guest room, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.,Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms.,Participate in team meetings and follow established procedures and protocols.,Promote and uphold the hotel's values, culture, and standards of service.,Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and infection control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping, and guest services.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) of weight.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.,Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.,Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
