PT Kartika Chandra Pratama, the largest subsidized housing developer in Bekasi Regency, is seeking an Architecture Project Supervisor to lead our residential projects. You will oversee multiple high-impact projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Located in Cikarang, Bekasi, our office is at the heart of our construction activities.

As an Architecture Project Supervisor, you will manage a team of architects and engineers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and international standards. You will use tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to streamline project management and communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee multiple residential projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and international standards.
• Use project management tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial summaries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project specifications meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project supervision, particularly in residential construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bekasi Regency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction materials and methods.
