In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our vessels, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. With a focus on safety and compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining all necessary certifications and ensuring that our vessels meet all regulatory requirements.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage and supervise crew members, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Handle cargo loading and unloading, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and inspect vessels, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.
- Conduct regular safety drills and emergency response training.
- Communicate effectively with shore-based teams and other stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boat/Barge Captain.
- Valid Marine License (Kapten Pelayaran).
- Certification in Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in navigating coastal waters of Bali.
- Knowledge of cargo handling and maritime regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
