📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all procurement activities, including material, equipment, and service sourcing.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with mining teams to identify procurement needs and opportunities.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools to streamline processes.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement operations in a mining or resource extraction environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance requirements in the mining industry.
