As a Cashier at Java Super Food, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and efficient. You will use our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system, Oracle Retail, to process transactions accurately and quickly. This role offers a dynamic work environment, where you can grow both personally and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions using Oracle Retail POS system
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized checkout area
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain cash drawer and inventory
• Provide feedback to the store manager on customer satisfaction and operational issues
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Oracle Retail, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
