📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain and manage the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee updates.
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on Workday.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technology.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Participate in HR projects as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably with Workday experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and its modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
