📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread products according to recipes and quality standards.,Monitor and maintain baking equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in inventory management and cost control.,Train and mentor junior bakers and staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role.,Proven track record in producing high-quality bread products.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
